The Learning Disability Programme Board (LDPB) works to improve health and wellbeing outcomes for people with learning disabilities and their families.

The primary purpose of the LDPB is to monitor delivery of the programme for change set out in the Department of Health review final report ‘Transforming care: A national response to Winterbourne View Hospital’.
