The Chair welcomed members to the meeting.
Apologies were received from Cllr Jason Zadrozny (Ind), Cllr Peter Marland (Lab), Cllr Sharon Taylor (Lab), Cllr Roger Phillips (Con), Cllr Philip Atkins OBE (Con) and Cllr Erica Lewis (Lab). Substitutes were Cllr Loic Rich (Ind), Cllr Terry Paul (Lab) and Cllr Andrew Leadbetter (Con).
