The Chairman invited Jasbir Jhas, Senior Adviser, to introduce the report.
Jas introduced the report. The purpose of the item was to support an early discussion with Board Members on the key proposals set out in the White Paper.

Officers to send reminder to all Board Members asking them to send any comments on the FE white paper discussion document to Jasbir Jhas by Friday 26th March.
