Cllr Jane Hugo

Jane Hugo was elected as a Labour Councillor in May 2019 for Blackpool Council. Jane was born in Blackpool and represents the Talbot Ward which covers Blackpool Town Centre and surrounding residential areas. She has been a member of the Lancashire Combined Fire Authority since 2020. Jane is a member of the LGA Fire Services Management Committee, is the Committee’s Equalities Advocate and chairs the LGA’s Fire Diversity & Inclusion Champions’ Network.
