Cllr Jane Hugo

Jane Hugo was elected as a Labour Councillor in May 2019 for Blackpool Council. Jane was born in Blackpool and represents the Talbot Ward which covers Blackpool Town Centre and surrounding residential areas. She has been a member of the Lancashire Combined Fire Authority since 2020 and is a substitute on the LGA Fire Services Management Committee.
