Cllr Martin Hill OBE

Councillor Martin Hill OBE is the Leader of Lincolnshire County Council, a position he has held since 2005 having been a County Councillor since 1993.

He was awarded his OBE for services to Local Government in Lincolnshire and also won the LGIU Council Leader of the Year Award in 2010, having led the county council from a difficult period to a strong position today.

He is also Vice Chair, East Midlands Councils.
