The Chair invited James Alexander, Lead Adviser – New Local Government Mutual, to introduce the item.
James stated that the paper provides an update on the LGA’s work with councils to develop a Local Government Mutual. A confidential discussion then took place between the members of the Resources Board and LGA Officers.
