Minutes:
The Chair invited Susan Attard, Head of Productivity, to introduce the item.
Susan stated that the LGA had held discussions with Capita’s CEO and a number of councils who have large scale contracts with Capita for a range of services. Susan discussed the key messages given to Capita. A confidential discussion then took place between the members of the Resources Board and LGA Officers.
