The Chair welcomed members to the meeting. Apologies from members were noted.
The Chair paid respects to the late Ian Stewart, and thanked him for his work on the Growth Programme Board.
The following declarations of interest were made:
- Cllr Murphy declared her partner’s involvement with Citizens Advice.
- Cllr Rhodes declared one of his tenants receives housing benefit.
