The Chair invited Benn Cain, Member Services Officer, to introduce the item. 

Benn stated that the paper was in two parts.  Part one of the report asks members to note the Membership of the Resources Board. The second part asks members to note the Terms of Reference, and also gives details on the one outside body the Resources Board has currently:

·         This is the Enforcement Law Reform Group, whom Cllr Sharon Taylor is a Member of.  Cllr Taylor was appointed towards the end of the 2017/18 cycle by Lead Members and the Group Political Offices and it was advised this arrangement still proceeds.

Actions

·         Members noted the report.

·         Members agreed to the Membership of the outside body.
