Minutes:
The Chair welcomed Members and Substitutes to the Board, and noted apologies received.
The Chair Introduced himself as the new Chair of the Resources Board.
The Chair thanked the previous Chair of the Resources Board, and her continuous hard work and dedication.
The following Declarations of Interests were made:
· Cllr Massey notified the Board of their new role.
· Cllr Marland notified the Board of his involvement with the new Local Government Mutual as a Founding Member.
· Sarah Pickup, Deputy Chief Executive of the LGA, notified the Board of her involvement with the new Local Government Mutual Management Company
