Minutes:
The Chair highlighted that Rose Doran (Senior Adviser) was unable to attend the meeting, but an update on Welfare Reform would be considered at the next meeting of the Board. It was highlighted that the roll-out of Universal Credit, and the subsequent financial implications for councils and partner organisations, would be a priority for the Board in 2017-18.
