Minutes:
The Chairman invited Alex Thomson, Principal Policy Adviser, to introduce the paper. Alex informed Members that a similar version of the paper had been discussed by the City Regions Board, as well as giving an overview of its content.
There then followed a confidential discussion between members of the People and Places Board and LGA officers.
