Minutes:
Alex Thomson, Principle Policy Adviser, introduced the Item, and stated that at the last Board, Members also agreed to commission an external consultancy to look at how to address the negative cultural attitudes in Westminster and Whitehall towards the idea of fiscal devolution. There then followed a confidential discussion between members of the City Regions Board, LGA officers and the outside consultancy appointed.
