Daniel updated Members to consider engagement with national higher education stakeholders to explore the contribution higher education institutions can make to place based growth, collaborative civic leadership and public service reform, through the industrial strategy and more generally.
There then followed a confidential discussion between members of the City Regions Board and LGA officers.
