Members noted the membership of the Improvement and Innovation Board.

Members agreed to an added paragraph to the Terms of Reference to reflect the fact that the Board’s work was aimed at helping councils best serve their local communities. 

Decision:

-          To update the Terms of Reference in line with members’ decision.
