The Chair welcomed members to the meetings.
Apologies were received from Deputy-Chair Cllr Hannah Dalton (due to on-the-day transport issues), and Cllr Nick Worth.
One Declaration of Interest was made:
· The Chair declared he was a director of a company that supplied accommodation for survivors of domestic abuse. This declaration was made in relation to item three.
