Cllr Richard Watts (Chair) welcomed the following new members to the Board for the 2020/21 cycle: Cllr Graham Gibbens, Cllr Bev Craig, Cllr Terry Paul, Cllr Abdul Jabbar, Cllr Adam Swersky, Cllr Harpeet Uppal.
The following declarations of interest were noted:
