Minutes:
The Chairman thanked officers for putting on the “Shaping the Future of Sector-Led Improvement” webinar earlier in the week and said that it had been very helpful.
He then invited Dennis Skinner, Head of Improvement, and Matthew Hamilton, Head of Improvement Coordination and Strategy, to introduce the report. Following the introduction, members had a confidential discussion on the contents.
