The Chairman welcomed Members, officers, and guests to the meeting.
Apologies had been received from Cllr Diane Marsh (sub Cllr Colin Davie) and Cllr Kyle Robinson.
The Chairman declared an interest as he was the Chairman of Transport -East.
Cllr Keith Glazier declared an interest as he was the Chairman of Transport - South East.
Cllr Rob Waltham declared an interest as he was a Member of the Transport North Board and Rail North.
