Minutes:
The Chair welcomed Members, officers, and guests to the meeting.
Apologies had been received from Cllrs Danny Thorpe and Arooj Shah.
Cllr Adam Marsh attended the meeting as a substitute.
Sir Richard Leese declared an interest as Chair Designate of an Integrated Care Board (ICB).
Members of the Board paid tribute to Sir Richard Leese, former City Regions Board Chair for his hard work and dedication to supporting the work of the Board and for his leadership. Sir Richard thanked Board Members for their kind words and LGA officers for their support over the years.
