Minutes:
The Chair invited Jasbir Jhas, Senior Adviser, to introduce the report.
Jasbir introduced Tony Wilson, Director of the Institute for Employment Studies on labour market and skills analysis, and Stephen Evans, Chief Executive of the Learning and Work Institute on the Cost Benefit Analysis of a devolved approach, to the meeting. Jasbir then introduced the report.
It was agreed that the item be adjourned to the next meeting in January 2022 to ensure that a full discussion could be had.
