The Chairman welcomed members to the meeting.
There were no apologies for absence.
Cllrs Liz Green and Neil Prior both declared an interest in item 3 as paid employees of Shared Services Architects who deliver the LGA Leadership Academy.
The Chairman thanked officers for delivering a highly successful Behavioural Insights event which attracted around 900 online attendees.
