Minutes:
Sir Richard Leese welcomed members of the
board and recorded apologies for Cllr Anstee, Cllr Forbes, and
Mayor Anderson.
The board lost three members since its last meeting: Marco
Cereste, James Alexander and Cllr Ravi
Govindia. Sir Richard noted the
Board’s thanks for their contributions. Substitutes for these
members were welcomed.
