The Chair welcomed members to the meeting.
Apologies were received from Mayor Damien Egan, Cllr Beccy Cooper, Cllr Laura Beddow (sub Cllr Derek Bastiman) and Philip Sellwood CBE. Cllr Kris Wilson and Cllr Anthony McKeown were attending on behalf of Peter Fleming and Oliver Ryan respectively.
There were no declarations of interest.
The Chair paid tribute to Peter Fleming, longstanding Board member and previous Chair, who had lost his seat at the local elections on 4 May. She also thanked Oliver Ryan and Kevin Peel, Board members who had both stood down at the election.
