The Chair invited Henry Butt (HB), Improvement Strategy Adviser, to introduce the report.

HB ran through progress made since the last Board meeting and, in particular, picked out some of the highlights from each of the 5 themes that had been agreed as part of the review action plan, as set out in the report.

Members’ comments and questions:

·       The capacity for peer training would need to be increased if the target of all peers receiving training within a 3 year period were to be met. HB agreed to discuss with GH how this could be achieved.

Decision:

Improvement & Innovation Board noted progress in implementing actions arising from the peer support review.
