The Chair welcomed Members, officers and guests to the meeting.
Apologies were received by Cllr Greenhalgh and Cllr Tett. Cllr Norman attended as a substitute.
No declarations of interest were made.
Cllr Kevin Etheridge proposed a vote of thanks from the Board to Cllr Kevin Bentley. This was seconded by all groups and agreed by the Board.
