It was noted that Cllr Leigh Redman needed to be marked as having attended as a substitute at the last board meeting. It was agreed that the MSO would amend this.

1.    MSO to mark Cllr Leigh Redman as in attendance in the minutes for the last board meeting.

1.    Members agreed the minutes as an accurate summary of the meeting.
