The Chair welcomed members to the meeting and listed apologies.
Cllr James Dawson declared an interest as a member of the Royal National Lifeboat Institution (RNLI).
As there were technical problems with the presentation for the Water Safety item, it was agreed that item 3 on Violent Crime would be dealt with first.
