Minutes:
Aivaras Statkevicius, Senior Adviser, introduced the item. The Secretary of State had issued two consultations on business rates in early July: one on system design and the transfer of responsibilities and one on the Fair Funding Review (both documents were included in the agenda pack).
A disucssion with members followed.
