The Chair invited Daniel Shamplin-Hall, Adviser, to introduce the paper. Daniel started by giving an overview of the paper, which included setting out the role city leaders can play to foster greater community cohesion. There then followed a confidential discussion between members of the City Regions Board and LGA officers.
