Minutes:
The Chair invited Alex Thomson, Principle Policy Adviser, to introduce the paper. Alex started by giving an overview of the paper, making particular reference to the previous asks the LGA has made to the government in relation to fiscal devolution. Alex also stated that a similar paper in relation to fiscal devolution will be submitted to the People and Places Board.
There then followed a confidential discussion between members of the City Regions Board and LGA officers.
