Cllr David Mellen

David has 30 years' experience of local government, the public and voluntary sector. He was first elected to Nottingham City Council in 1995 and was elected Leader of the Council in May 2019 having been responsible for Children's Services, Regeneration, Community Safety and Communications. David is an effective board member, with extensive experience leading strategic vision and implementing change and has previously sat on LGAs Children and Young People Board.
