Cllr Joanne Harding

Joanne has been a Councillor since 2011 and represents the ward of Urmston in Trafford, Greater Manchester. She is currently the Executive Member for Finance, Change & Governance and former Executive Member for  adult social care / chair of health scrutiny. She has worked across the health and care sector for over 25 years managing drug/ alcohol teams and mental health crisis services. Joanne is involved at a regional and national level developing social care policy. She is particularly passionate about involving more women and girls in politics and works with organisations to champion women in leadership roles.
