Cllr Rebecca Poulsen

Rebecca was first elected to Bradford Metropolitan District Council in 2011 to represent the Worth Valley Ward.  She has held a number of Shadow Portfolio’s including Culture & Tourism, Regeneration, Waste & Environment.  Rebecca has been a Deputy Whip and Deputy Group Leader before becoming Conservative Group Leader in October 2020.   She is also a Board Member of West Yorkshire Combined Authority, a member of the Health and Well-Being Board as well as sitting on various Trust Boards including  Bronte Academy Trust. 

She lives in the heritage village of Haworth within her ward with her husband and two teenage children.
