Hi, I am Rachel Massey, Councillor and Lead Portfolio Holder for Children’s Services and Education at Rochdale Borough Council. It is my privilege since 2019 to represent our children at every opportunity and focus on how we can work together to achieve the best quality of life so that our children thrive to be our future generation of leaders who will make change for the better.
