Cllr Neil Jory

Neil is a business advisor who works for Business Information Point in Okehampton advising start-ups and small growing business on subjects as diverse as staff management to marketing and finance.  He is a qualified banker and chartered company secretary.  He is a former Territorial Army soldier (Queen’s Regiment) and keen sportsman – rugby, American football, running, pilot gig racing, cycling. Neil first became a District Councillor in 2015 on being elected to West Devon Borough Council, became the Leader of the Council in 2019 and is currently the Lead Member for the Economy and Leader of the Conservative Group on the Council.”
