Tim Pickstone is the Liberal Democrat Councillor for Longtown Ward on Cumberland Council, and Leader of the Liberal Democrat Group. 

 

Prior to the establishment of Cumberland Council, Tim was a Carlisle City Councillor, and previously a Councillor and Group Leader on Bury Metropolitan Borough Council, including serving as Mayor of Bury for 2020-21 and 2021-22. 

 

Tim is the Chief Executive of the Association of Liberal Democrat Councillors.
